A simple and delicious stir-fried Swiss chard recipe that pairs well with almost any meal. Fresh seasonal alternatives like kale, spring greens, or cabbage can also be used.
Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add the oil and fry the garlic for a minute.
Add the Swiss chard to the pan.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Add 1 tablespoon of warm water and some seasoning.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing frequently, until tender but still crisp.
